  • Release of Funds: Once both the service seeker and provider confirm that the job is completed satisfactorily, the payment will be released to the provider.

Refund Conditions

In the event of a dispute between the service seeker and the provider, RozMarrah will review the case to determine the appropriate action. The process includes:

  • Job Review: If there are problems with the service, we will carefully review the job and assess the situation.
  • Refunds for Uncompleted Work: If the provider fails to deliver the service as promised, we may choose to refund part or all of the payment to the service seeker.
  • Partial Payment for Partial Work: In some cases, if part of the job is completed, we may decide to release a portion of the payment to the provider based on the work completed.
  • Fraud Prevention: All service seekers are protected from fraud, as RozMarrah holds the payment until both parties confirm the job's successful completion.
